An 18th Century flintlock Travellers Pistol with the English  proof marks on the removeable barrel , in good working condition . made by looks like name B ,ELLFS. & CO , plus the trigger mechanism has tight action working order. has coat of arms on the reverse side . this is a nicely made 18th century self armed gentleman’s carrying pistol for his protection against highwaymen.
