hw02—Wehrmacht Officers Cap.

The Wehrmacht Officers cap is dated 1939 which is stamped on the inner liner with the makers name and the area of Lower Saxony . this cap has been pinched in shape by the owner that was the fashion in those days plus with a bullion front reef . has some very light surface mould marks on the side of the inner liner which I have left on but could be easily removed . a nice early quality cap that has a newspaper tuck inside of the cap inner rim that is dated 1944 . so this is a Hanover newspaper periodical . the cap has a very nice ageing quality with patterner .
