hw13—Luftwaffe NCO Signals Cap.

A very rare Luftwaffe Officers Signals cap with the white matting tropical top and the brown piping . has the Quality Makers marking inside of this  cap and the top is removeable , has the matted finish to the peak . has matching front insignia, a very good large size and a high front stiffener that has not been damaged in the past. this cap also has a nice saddle shape. has some very light staining on the front of the white top.
