This Cap for political leaders , Orts Level , blue piping around the top rim is City Party members that is in good original condition and has the early 1930s Party stamp on the inner cap liner. the cap has no mothing which is unusual and has the nice matted peak on the inside. the size of this cap is large and possible size 60. this cap has an all around ageing patterner that is nice and even and not patchy.
