This is a top quality made wool garment in a Prison by a top manufacturer in Dzershinsk north Russia prison area Mari,El  in around the cold war era of the 1970s for a Army General ,this is what can be seen on the label inside of the Overcoat ,  has the beautiful gray silk inner liner and the French cuffs , a back strap and is a full length Coat , a good medium size and not small with the size showing on the label .
