hw12—NSDAP Early Kreis Cap.

A very rare political cap of the NSDAP with the black piping that is Kreis Level before 1937  which then after was changed to the white piping.has the owners name on the inner sweat band of this cap , the pattern was also changed to the gold insignia . this as you can see has the silver insignia so was not altered to any updating , this makes this cap very rare . this cap has had the members number removed plus the owners may have changed hands ?
